Notice
Privacy and cookies
This notice explains how La Raisc processes personal data collected through the website, with particular attention to the contact form and the private-events configurator.
1. Data controller
Data controller: Emanuel Dorigo Trading name: La Raisc VAT number: 03225860216 Email: ristorante.laraisc@gmail.com
2. Categories of data collected
Depending on the sections used, we may process identity and contact details, request content, menu and event-related data, technical security data, and language or cookie preferences.
3. Contact form data
Through the contact form we may collect: • name; • email address; • message. These data are needed to reply to the request.
4. Private-events configurator data
Through the events configurator we may collect: • full name; • email; • phone number; • preferred date and meal type (lunch or dinner); • number of guests; • selected dishes and wines; • custom requests; • notes, allergies or special requests; • the request reference generated by the system. Processing is carried out to handle quotation or event-organisation requests.
5. Strictly necessary technical data
For security, abuse prevention and rate limiting we may process, for the time strictly necessary, an IP address or other technical identifier, log data and anti-spam measures (including a honeypot field not intended for users). Language preferences and necessary cookie preferences may also be stored.
6. Purposes of processing
Data are processed to: • reply to contact requests; • manage private-event and quotation requests; • ensure the security, integrity and proper operation of the website; • store technical language and cookie preferences; • comply with applicable legal obligations.
7. Legal bases
• Pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject, to reply to contact and event or quotation requests. • Legitimate interest of the controller, for security, anti-spam and abuse prevention. • Consent, only for non-essential external services (for example embedded maps or analytics tools), where present and loaded only after consent via the cookie banner or preferences panel. Consent is not required in order to receive a reply to a contact or quotation request.
8. Mandatory or optional data
Fields needed to handle the request (for example essential contact details and, for events, minimum organisation information) are mandatory. Fields such as allergies, notes or special requests may be optional. Acknowledgement of the privacy notice regarding the handling of the request is required to submit the form.
9. Consequences of failure to provide data
Failure to provide the required data or to acknowledge the privacy notice prevents submission of the request and therefore a reply through the website forms. You may still contact La Raisc through the published phone or email channels.
10. Recipients and processors
Data may be processed, within the relevant purposes, by: • Vercel, for website hosting and server functions; • Aruba, for SMTP email delivery related to event requests; • Google, only if and when services such as Google Maps or Google Analytics are enabled after the relevant consent; • Sanity, only for editorial content and asset processing that actually takes place via the CMS. Data are not sold to third parties.
11. International transfers
Some technical providers may process data also outside the European Economic Area. Any transfers take place according to the safeguards required by applicable law (for example standard contractual clauses or equivalent measures adopted by the providers).
12. Retention
• Contact and event requests: as a rule for a maximum of 12 months from the last contact, unless the relationship continues. • In case of a booking or contractual relationship: retention for applicable legal, administrative and accounting obligations. • Technical and security data: for the time strictly necessary for protection and abuse-prevention purposes. • Cookie preferences: according to the retention period actually configured on the website.
13. No sale of data
La Raisc does not sell users’ personal data.
14. Marketing and newsletters
Data collected through the contact and events forms are not used for marketing or newsletter purposes without a separate, specific consent. The website forms currently do not provide newsletter subscription.
