The kitchen
Where the rhythm is quiet, precise, made of ingredients, attention and respect.

When something returns, it is never by chance.
Some names are invented. Others return from the earth.

Ladin saying
La bona orenté mëtince tla pera!
Good will takes root even in stone.
— Emanuel Dorigo

Story
La Raisc's story begins at the end of 2023, when Emanuel and Veronica arrived at this place with the wish to care for it.
Not to change it entirely or turn it into something that did not belong to it, but to listen to it and honour its identity. With respect, they made it a warm, sincere and essential space: a place where every detail could have a soul and where hospitality was not merely a gesture, but an authentic presence.
The name La Raisc, which in Ladin means "the root", grew between the walls of home and within the family — the place where Emanuel learned to turn his work into a true passion.
The root represents what endures over time: origins, memory and the bond with one's land.
Five months after the opening, on the very ground where Emanuel's father had grown up, a large root was found. With the family's help, it was recovered, smoothed and finally placed at the entrance to the restaurant, becoming the symbol of its story.
Because a root is not only what lies beneath the earth. It is what endures when everything changes, what remains even when it seems lost. It is what knows how to return to the light, carrying with it the weight, the beauty and the truth of time.
A place where good will takes root even in stone.
Team
Every day, La Raisc takes shape through hands, glances and quiet gestures. In the kitchen, in the dining room, together: these are the people who make the place feel alive.

Team
Two presences, one shared intention: to care for La Raisc with calm, respect and truth.

Where the rhythm is quiet, precise, made of ingredients, attention and respect.

The place of welcome, discreet gestures and the kind of care that is felt without needing to be explained.

Because La Raisc is not made only of walls, wood and light. It is made of people.
If this story has touched you, come and discover it up close. For us, La Raisc is not only a place to experience at the table, but a rediscovered memory we wish to share with those who know how to listen.
